YZi Labs, the investment firm associated with Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao, has filed a consent statement with the SEC seeking to reshape the board of CEA Industries (BNC), a publicly-traded company managing a substantial BNB treasury. The firm is requesting shareholder support to expand the board, install its own nominees, and reverse recent bylaw changes. BNC's treasury holds between 480,000 and 515,000 BNB tokens valued at approximately $412 million.

Asset manager 21Shares has received regulatory clearance to launch its U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded fund, with trading set to begin December 1 under ticker TOXR on Cboe BZX Exchange. The approval comes as existing XRP ETF products recorded $666 million in net inflows over the past month with no outflow days.

BlackRock received 4,044 BTC valued at $354 million and 80,121 ETH worth $235 million from Coinbase, data show. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded nearly $3 billion in net outflows during November, with a single-day record of $903.2 million on November 20. BlackRock's IBIT led withdrawals with $355.5 million, followed by Grayscale's GBTC at $199.35 million. Data from Farside Investors show the outflows coincided with Bitcoin falling 7.35% to $84,432.53.

Bitcoin production costs have climbed to $112,025 per coin while the cryptocurrency trades around $86,000, creating a significant gap between mining expenses and market value. SwanDesk CEO Jacob King states that miner profitability has reached its lowest level in a decade. The cost-price disparity is forcing some operations to liquidate holdings and may trigger network contraction in coming months.

21Shares has secured automatic approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a spot XRP exchange-traded fund through its Form 8-A filing. The fund will list on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker TOXR, with trading expected to begin next week pending final certification.

Canary Capital's spot XRP exchange-traded fund received automatic listing approval from Nasdaq on November 10 following an SEC Form 8-A filing. The ETF will trade under ticker symbol XRPC and charges a 0.50% management fee. Trading is expected to commence later this week pending a final CERT filing.

21Shares submitted Amendment No. 3 to its Spot XRP ETF application under Section 8(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, triggering an automatic 20-day approval window. The SEC must respond within 20 days or approval proceeds automatically. XRP rose over 6% to $2.32 following the filing, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas.
