COZ’s Tyler Adams proposes major Neo fee cuts and three-second block times
Tyler Adams from COZ has submitted a "Competitive Fee and Blocktime Enhancements" proposal on the neo.community governance forum, calling for a sharp reduction in Neo transaction execution fees and a move to three-second block times. The plan leverages Neo‑CLI v3.8.0 and v3.9.0 features, introduces limits on transactions per block and lower GAS per block, and would require a governance transaction with Council signatures and a one-week governance window to implement.
