Nvidia Class Action Puts 2017–2018 Crypto Mining GPU Disclosures Under Supreme Court Review
Nvidia is facing a shareholder class action alleging it failed to properly disclose how much gaming GPU revenue was driven by Ethereum mining demand during fiscal 2018. The U.S. Supreme Court is reviewing a 9th Circuit decision that let the case move forward, with the investor class spanning Aug. 10, 2017 to Nov. 15, 2018. The dispute follows a May 2022 SEC settlement in which Nvidia paid $5.5 million over disclosure issues tied to fiscal Q2 and Q3 2018.

Bittensor TAO: $52M Annual Subsidies and a $1.37B Subnet Valuation Under Pressure
Bittensor's TAO token economy is being valued against about $52 million in annualized emissions subsidies rather than organic revenue, while subnets are priced at roughly $1.37 billion. After the December 2025 halving cut daily emissions from 7,200 to 3,600 TAO, the model faces a tighter runway if external revenue does not scale. The protocol currently directs about 518 TAO per day to top subnets such as Chutes, leaving validator yield heavily tied to inflationary rewards.

Circle asks EU to lower EMT market-cap thresholds in Market Integration Package
Circle has submitted a request to the European Commission asking it to lower the market-cap thresholds in the EU's proposed Market Integration Package, arguing the current design blocks euro stablecoins from scaling. The company says euro-denominated e-money tokens such as EURC cannot be used for institutional settlement under the draft Central Securities Depositories Regulation unless they are already large. Circle's submission was dated March 20, and it frames the thresholds as a barrier to entry for on-chain securities settlement in Europe.
