What is Sologenic? The principle behind the foundation of Sologenic is to apply Blockchain features to existing financial instruments. The features Sologenic has which make their goal possible are the fulfillment module,  blockchain module, tokenization module, and a decentralized exchange module. These key features are divided into two main system categories which are asset tokenization or ATP and decentralized exchange or also known as DEX.

Architecture

Sologenic network or ecosystem consists of 5 pillars of components that serve the goal of the network by facilitating the process of on-demand tokenization of non-blockchain assets and trading against cryptocurrencies. The following components are the trading panel, brokerage gateway, XRPL native decentralized exchange, XRP ledger, and the open SDK suite.

Asset Tokenization Platform (ATP)

Sologenic asset tokenization platform combines various in-house well developed and open-source technologies to attain a secure, robust, and state-of-the-art architecture to guarantee maximum security and uptime.
The general information system consists of (1) front-end applications and (2) back-end applications.

Database

Utilizing a transactional-based database (MySQL) that fulfills the ACID requirements for a safe transaction RDBMS. Every transaction is atomic and handled by storing the results of transactional statements in memory and writing the results to the binary log once the transaction is confirmed. All database is isolated on a secure virtual private network, also known as VPN, that is only accessible by a whitelisted endpoint acting as a mediator and ensuring no other connection is made to the database from the outside world.
Reproducing a copy and synchronizing the master database with a slave replica to protect against failovers with an equal amount of security and accessibility. The entire daily backups are being stored on a separate secure file server that is not accessible by the internet.

Saxo Bank

The network utilizes the SAXO trading system and actual asset trading that will take place at the SAXO trading system. Each order that is being executed through SAXO API will be provided with a unique transaction ID provided by SAXO which will be kept in the Sologenic ecosystem.

XRP Ledger (XRPL)

XRP ledger is a decentralized cryptographic ledger supported by a network of peer-to-peer servers. The company behind the ledger is “Ripple”, which also uses XRP as the main currency in its ecosystem.

Authorized Trust Lines 

The Sologenic ecosystem has a function called “Authorized Trust Lines” that enables new users to verify and be able to obtain any asset by receiving or trading the tokenized assets. The procedure ensures that every user or customer who holds or will hold an asset should pass the required KYC and AML procedures.

Decentralized Exchange (ATP)

Sologenic decentralized exchange is an open-source gateway to the native decentralized exchange on the XRP ledger. Allowing users to connect their hardware or software wallets and be able to trade their tokenized assets with other users. Sologenic decentralized exchange operates 24/7 and has no geographical boundaries.
