BingX hereby solemnly pledges that BingX will not establish any organization or form teams to guide users in placing trades in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, trading on behalf of users, sharing trade signals, copy trading, or engaging in pooled trading with promises of guaranteed profits. We do not ask users for account passwords, SMS codes, Google Authenticator codes, or any other private information in any form.

BingX hereby reminds you to be aware and wary of such scams and other forms of fraud schemes. BingX will announce and permanently ban accounts that are reported and verified to have been involved in any activities against platform rules and the law. We will assist users and the law enforcement agency to dispose of the funds in such accounts.
