BingX Card is a crypto payment card (Visa debit card) launched by BingX, available as a virtual card or a metal card. The card settles in US dollars (USD) and lets you pay directly using USDT from your Fund Account. Cardholders can make online and offline payments at over 50 million Visa partner merchants worldwide, and can also link the card to Apple Pay and Google Pay.
 
Q2. What card types does BingX Card offer?
BingX Card offers two card types:
① Virtual card: An electronic card issued instantly after application, with no activation needed. Supports online payments and linking to Apple Pay / Google Pay.
② Metal card: Made of premium metal, delivered by mail approximately 15–30 business days after application. After receiving it, you need to manually activate it in the app before you can use it. Supports online payments, offline card payments, ATM withdrawals, and linking to Apple Pay / Google Pay.
 
Q3. Where can I use BingX Card?
You can use BingX Card for payments at any merchant worldwide that accepts Visa, including online shopping, in-store payments, and ATM withdrawals (metal card only).
Note: Due to compliance and risk control requirements, transactions with merchants in certain countries/regions or in certain industries may be declined.
 
Q4. In which regions can users apply for BingX Card?
BingX Card is currently available in multiple countries and regions, including Europe (EEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), and other selected regions, where users are eligible to apply.

Q5. How does BingX Card protect my funds?
BingX Card uses multiple security mechanisms to protect your funds and account, including a 130 million BingX Shield Fund, 3D Secure verification for online transactions, two-factor authentication (2FA), end-to-end data encryption, and instant transaction notifications for every purchase.
We recommend updating your password regularly, never sharing sensitive information such as your card number, CVV, or PIN with anyone, and using BingX Card only on trusted platforms. If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it immediately in the app and contact customer support.
 
Q6. Which cryptocurrencies can I use with BingX Card?
BingX Card currently supports payments using USDT. Each purchase deducts the corresponding amount of USDT directly from your BingX Fund Account, and the system automatically converts USDT to fiat currency at the real-time exchange rate to complete the payment, with no manual currency exchange needed.
