This phase of BingX Card is open for application to KOL users, VIP users, and invited users. VIP 1 and above can apply for a virtual card, and VIP 3 and above can apply for a metal card. Contact customer support for more details.

You need to complete identity verification (KYC) when applying. Prepare the following materials:

    • Virtual card: Automatically activated once your application is approved. No further action needed.
    • Metal card: Once you receive the metal card, activate it manually in the BingX App and set a card PIN.
     
    Q5. How do I add funds to BingX Card?
    BingX Card does not have a separate card balance. Your available spending limit depends on the USDT balance in your BingX Fund Account.
    You can top up your Fund Account using any of the following methods:
    • Buy USDT directly through Quick Buy.
    • Deposit USDT into your BingX Fund Account from another wallet or platform.
    • Transfer funds to your Fund Account from other BingX accounts (such as your Spot Account or Wealth Account).
    Q6. Can BingX Card be linked to Apple Pay / Google Pay?
    Yes. Both virtual card and metal card can be linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay for NFC contactless payments for in-store purchases.
     
    Q7. How long is the validity period of BingX Card?
    BingX Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. Once the card expires, it will automatically become invalid and be closed. You will no longer be able to use the card for payments, withdrawals, or other transactions.
     
    Q8. In which regions can users apply for BingX Card?
    BingX Card is currently available in multiple countries and regions, including Europe (EEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), and other selected regions, where users are eligible to apply.

    Q9. What spending restrictions apply to BingX Card?
    BingX Card supports most merchants covered by the global Visa network. However, due to international compliance and risk control requirements, transactions will be automatically declined in the following cases:
    Merchant type restrictions: pharmaceutical wholesalers, chemical products, direct-sales insurance/travel services, telemarketing, dating and companionship services, massage parlors, and online gambling.
    Merchant region restrictions: merchants registered in regions under international sanctions, including: Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Palestine, and Russia.
    Currency restrictions: transactions denominated in the following currencies will be declined: BDT (Bangladeshi Taka), BHD (Bahraini Dinar), BYN/BYR (Belarusian Ruble), PKR (Pakistani Rupee), RUB (Russian Ruble), SAR (Saudi Riyal).
