You can view sensitive information such as the full card number, CVV, and expiration date on the BingX Card management page in the BingX app. You need to complete identity verification (such as biometric authentication or 2FA) to view this information securely.
 
Q2. How do I freeze or unfreeze my card with one tap?
Freeze card:
  • You can freeze your card with one tap on the BingX Card management page in the BingX app. The freeze takes effect immediately.
  • While your card is frozen, all transactions (including online purchases, in-store payments, and ATM withdrawals) will be declined.
  • Freezing your card requires identity verification (biometric authentication or security verification) to confirm that it is performed by you.
Unfreeze card:
  • If you froze the card yourself, you can unfreeze it in the app on your own.
  • If the card was frozen due to platform risk controls, contact online customer support to request manual unfreezing. Customer support will verify your identity and related information, then help restore normal use of your card.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, freeze it immediately in the app and contact customer support as soon as possible.
 
Q3. How do I reset my card PIN?
You currently cannot reset your PIN. You can view your PIN on the BingX Card management page in the BingX app. The PIN is used to verify in-store payments and ATM withdrawals with the metal card.

Q4. How do I check my purchases, refunds, or cashback?
Go to the transaction history page and filter by type to view the corresponding purchase, refund, or cashback records.

Q5. How do I check card notifications?
You can check notifications by tapping the "Notifications" button on the card management page.

Q6. How do I handle a transaction dispute?
If you have questions about a transaction (such as an unauthorized transaction or an incorrect amount), you can raise a dispute on the transaction details page in the app. We will handle the dispute following the VISA Inc standard process and keep you updated on progress during the investigation.
