Parameter settings
| Parameter | Configurable range |
| TP ratio | Converted into a ratio based on the current net equity, with precision retained to 2 decimal places. *The upper and lower ratio limits may fluctuate and must meet the minimum TP amount of 0.00001 BTC and maximum TP amount of 10 BTC. Any ratio within the upper and lower limit range can be set normally. A prompt will appear if the ratio is outside the range. |
| SL ratio | Minimum 5%, maximum 85%, precision retained to 2 decimal places. |
Calculation:
TP trigger net equity = copy assets × (1 + TP ratio)
SL trigger net equity = copy assets × (1 − SL ratio)
| Parameter | Configurable range |
| TP amount | Minimum 0.00001 BTC, maximum 10 BTC, precision of 8 decimal places. |
| SL amount | The upper and lower limits of the SL amount are converted based on rate (minimum 5% to maximum 85%) × current net equity, with precision of 8 decimal places. Values within the range can be set normally. A prompt will appear if the value is outside the range. |
Calculation:
TP trigger net equity = copy assets + TP amount
SL trigger net equity = copy assets − SL amount
Take profit and stop loss can be enabled independently. You do not need to set both at the same time.
3. Calculation example
Scenario 1: set when creating a copy trading order (by ratio)
The user invests 1 BTC and sets take profit at 50% and stop loss at 20%
| Item | Calculation | Result |
| TP trigger net equity | 1 × (1 + 50%) | 1.5 BTC |
| SL trigger net equity | 1 × (1 − 20%) | 0.8 BTC |
Scenario 2: set when creating a copy trading order (by amount)
The user invests 1 BTC and sets the take profit quantity to 1 BTC and the stop loss quantity to 0.2 BTC
| Item | Calculation | Result |
| TP trigger net equity | 1 + 1 | 2 BTC |
| SL trigger net equity | 1 − 0.2 | 0.8 BTC |
Scenario 3: recalculation after adding/reducing funds (by ratio)
The original investment was 1 BTC, with take profit at 50% and stop loss at 20%. After adding 1 BTC, the net equity becomes 2 BTC
| Item | Pre-Adjustment | Post-Adjustment | |
| Add | Copy trading net equity | 1 BTC | 2 BTC |
| TP trigger net equity | 1.5 BTC | 3 BTC (2 × 1.5) | |
| SL trigger net equity | 0.8 BTC | 1.6 BTC (2 × 0.8) | |
| Reduce | Copy trading net equity | 1 BTC | 0.5 BTC |
| TP trigger net equity | 1.5 BTC | 0.75 BTC (0.5 x 1.5) | |
| SL trigger net equity | 0.8 BTC | 0.4 BTC (0.5 x 0.8) |
Scenario 4: recalculation after adding/reducing funds (by amount)
The original investment was 1 BTC, take profit amount was 1 BTC, and stop loss amount was 0.2 BTC. After adding 1 BTC, net equity becomes 2 BTC.
| Item | Pre-Adjustment | Post-Adjustment | |
| Add | Copy trading net equity | 1 BTC | 2 BTC |
| TP trigger net equity | 2 BTC | 3 BTC (2 + 1) | |
| SL trigger net equity | 0.8 BTC | 1.8 BTC (2 − 0.2) | |
| Reduce | Copy trading net equity | 1 BTC | 0.5 BTC |
| TP trigger net equity | 2 BTC | 1.5 BTC (0.5 + 1) | |
| SL trigger net equity | 0.8 BTC | 0.3 BTC (0.5 - 0.2) |
Scenario 5: adding funds by both methods (amount for take profit, ratio for stop loss)
Current net equity is 0.01 BTC. Take profit: by amount, 0.002 BTC. Stop loss: by ratio, 20%. After adding 0.005 BTC, net equity becomes 0.015 BTC.
| Item | Pre-Adjustment | Post-Adjustment |
| TP trigger net equity | 0.01 + 0.002 = 0.012 BTC | 0.015 + 0.002 = 0.017 BTC |
| SL trigger net equity | 0.01 − 0.002 = 0.008 BTC | 0.015 − 0.003* = 0.012 BTC |
4. System behavior after triggering
- Stops copying new position-opening signals
- Cancels all unfilled copy trading orders
- Closes all copy trading positions at market price (if closing fails, the system will retry immediately)
- Ends the copy trading relationship
Both take profit and stop loss triggers will end the current copy trading relationship. To continue copying this trader, set up copy trading order again.
5. Important reminders
- When adjusting funds: After you add or withdraw funds, the system automatically recalculates the trigger value based on the new net equity and displays a pop-up asking you to confirm. If the original settings exceed the allowed range after the adjustment, the adjustment will be blocked. Modify the TP/SL settings and then try again.
- When the net equity is 0 or cannot be obtained: TP/SL cannot be set.
- TP/SL applies to the entire copy trading portfolio, not a single position.
