CZ Denies Trump Family Ties, Pledges Support for U.S. Crypto Hub

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao said on Dec. 4 he has no relationship with the Trump family while expressing gratitude for the presidential pardon. Zhao indicated his willingness to help establish the U.S. as a global crypto hub, noting the country represents emerging opportunities after years of regulatory challenges under the previous administration led to Binance's market withdrawal. He said Binance US's market share declined from approximately 35% in 2023 to negligible levels following SEC litigation and loss of banking services, adding he aims to support bringing blockchain companies back to the U.S. and providing institutional investors access to BNB ecosystem projects.
