Truth Social Asset Manager Yorkville Files for Two Crypto ETFs with SEC

Yorkville America Equities, the asset manager behind exchange-traded funds tied to Donald Trump's Truth Social brand, has filed registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for two new cryptocurrency ETFs: the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF and the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF. The Cronos-focused product would invest in and stake CRO, the native token of Crypto.com's Cronos blockchain, with Crypto.com expected to act as digital asset custodian, liquidity provider and staking services provider, while both funds would be distributed via Foris Capital US LLC, the SEC-registered broker-dealer affiliated with Crypto.com. The filings follow Truth Social's earlier S-1 submission for a spot bitcoin ETF in June 2025 and a Blue Chip Digital Asset ETF application in July 2025 targeting large-cap altcoins, as President Trump's ownership interest in Trump Media & Technology Group and its crypto ties remain a key point of contention in U.S. Senate deliberations on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.
