NYSE Parent ICE Invests in OKX at $25B Valuation, Plans Tokenized Equities

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has invested in crypto exchange OKX at a $25 billion valuation, Naga AvanNomayo reports. The agreement grants ICE a board seat and licenses OKX crypto price data for U.S.-regulated futures products. The partnership includes plans to offer tokenized NYSE-listed equities to OKX users, linking blockchain infrastructure with traditional capital markets. OKX founder and CEO star_okx described the deal as "the beginning of a deeper collaboration" in tokenization.
