Oracle has secured an enterprise software agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense worth nearly $7 billion and running for up to 10 years, covering the military, intelligence community and Coast Guard. The deal is designed to consolidate licenses and support into a single agreement and bolster cybersecurity. In the same period, Oracle reported that OCI revenue jumped 93% year over year and cloud RPO reached $638 billion.
