AFIC FY26 profit rises 3% to $293.5 million as portfolio return lags ASX 200

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
AFIC reported a modest FY26 profit increase and maintained its fully franked dividend, including a small special dividend, signaling stable income distribution. However, its 0.9% portfolio return materially lagged the ASX 200 accumulation index's 7.2%, alongside a decline in NTA per share, underscoring relative underperformance and sector-positioning risk. Market impact is likely limited, but it highlights dispersion within Australian equities.
