Core Scientific has signed an AI infrastructure hosting agreement with AMD, with initial capacity of about 530 megawatts that is expected to generate more than $14 billion in revenue for Core Scientific. Core Scientific will issue AMD 30 million warrants with an exercise price of $23.47, vesting in stages tied to the rollout of hosted capacity.
