Retatrutide Shows Double the Weight Loss of Ozempic, With Different Side Effects
A head-to-head trial showed that at the highest dose, retatrutide produced average weight loss of 44 to 47 pounds, compared with 21 pounds for Ozempic. Eli Lilly expects to submit retatrutide to the FDA for approval in early 2027.
