Societe Generale‑FORGE Adds EURCV Euro Stablecoin to Stellar on 10 March 2026

Societe Generale‑FORGE deployed its EUR CoinVertible (EURCV) euro stablecoin on the Stellar network on March 10, 2026, extending the bank-issued asset to a fourth blockchain alongside Ethereum, Solana, and XRP Ledger. EURCV, which is fully backed by fiat deposits and liquid reserves, now has a market capitalization of about $452 million and a circulating supply just under 52 million tokens, while the broader MiCA-driven consolidation leaves it competing mainly with Circle’s EURC in the regulated euro stablecoin segment.
