Binance to Pursue Five Asia-Pacific Licenses, Targeting Over 20 Global Jurisdictions

Binance plans to secure five additional regulatory licenses in Asia this year, bringing its total licensed jurisdictions worldwide to more than 20, SB Seker, Head of Binance's Asia-Pacific region, said in an interview with Nikkei Asia. The exchange currently holds regulatory authorizations in Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, and Thailand in the Asia-Pacific region.
