Huionepay suspended user withdrawals after processing its final small withdrawal request on December 1 at 1:00 PM UTC+8, leaving only 990,000 USDT across its on-chain addresses as of December 2, 2025, security firm Bitrace reports. The payment platform's daily USDT outflows declined from a peak of 41.83 million at the beginning of the month to 7.17 million on November 30, with all Ethereum network operations depleted by early November and Tron network activities gradually winding down through multiple fund consolidations on November 3, 7, 17, 19, and 24. Huione Group announced the suspension as a phased repayment arrangement, citing hundreds of thousands of users withdrawing funds simultaneously due to recent external market conditions.
