Strive completes merger with Semler Scientific, lifting BTC treasury to 12,798 BTC

Bitcoin treasury company Strive (ticker: DAT) completed its merger with Semler Scientific on Jan. 16, bringing combined holdings to 12,798 BTC worth about $1.22 billion, BlockBeats reports. The merged entity now ranks as the 11th largest corporate holder of bitcoin by reported reserves.
