Dubai's VARA Issues Cease-and-Desist Orders to Four KuCoin Entities Over Licensing

Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) issued cease-and-desist orders against four entities operating under the KuCoin name, TheBlock reports. The regulator said the exchange lacks the necessary authorization to provide services in the jurisdiction and alleged KuCoin misrepresented its licensing status in Dubai.
