Bitcoin Realized Losses Near $300M Daily Despite Price Above $81,000 Market Mean, Glassnode Says
Bitcoin realized losses stand at around $300 million per day after excluding internal transactions and applying a 90-day simple moving average, Glassnode lead on-chain analyst CryptoVizArt wrote on Dec. 28. The analyst noted that selling at a loss by buyers who entered at higher levels has not declined significantly, despite Bitcoin trading above what Glassnode describes as the "true market mean" of roughly $81,000. The persistent losses reflect dissatisfaction with time cost among recent buyers.
