Mantle core contributors propose 30,000 ETH treasury loan to Aave DAO to address rsETH exploit bad debt

Mantle's Core Contributor Team has put forward a proposal to lend 30,000 ETH from the Mantle Treasury to Aave DAO. The funds would be used to cover bad debt tied to the $292 million rsETH bridge exploit that occurred on April 18.
