Morgan Stanley Files for Spot Bitcoin ETF with Coinbase Custody and BNY Mellon Administrator

Morgan Stanley filed for a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund using Coinbase as custodian and BNY Mellon as administrator, according to a regulatory filing. The fund will reference the CoinDesk Bitcoin 4 PM New York Settlement Rate for daily valuations.
