Morpho Signs Four-Year Deal with Apollo Global Management for Up to 90 Million MORPHO Token Acquisition

Morpho signed a collaboration agreement with Apollo Global Management on Feb. 14 allowing Apollo or its affiliates to acquire up to 90 million MORPHO tokens over 48 months, according to an official announcement. The tokens may be obtained through public market purchases, over-the-counter transactions and other contractual arrangements, and will be subject to transfer and trading restrictions. Morpho and Apollo will work together to support the onchain lending market on the Morpho protocol, with Galaxy Digital UK Limited serving as Morpho's exclusive financial advisor.
