Truth Social Asset Manager Files for Bitcoin, Ethereum and Cronos Yield Crypto ETFs

Yorkville America Equities, the asset manager associated with Truth Social, has filed applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to list two cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds: the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF and the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximization ETF, CoinDesk reports. The Cronos Yield Maximization ETF is designed to invest in and stake CRO tokens to generate returns from staking rewards. If approved, the products are planned to launch in partnership with Crypto.com, which would provide custody, liquidity and staking services and distribute the ETFs through its affiliate Foris Capital US LLC.
