FTX to Distribute $7.1 Billion to Creditors Starting February 2025

FTX will begin distributing $7.1 billion to creditors through scheduled payouts starting February 2025. The first distribution of $454 million is set for February 18, 2025, targeting claims under $50,000 at 120% of face value. A second payout of $5 billion will follow on May 30, 2025, covering claims exceeding $50,000 at 72.5% of claim value, with additional distributions planned for subsequent years.
