TeraWulf jumps 10.3% after securing 285-acre Kentucky site for 1+ GW AI campus

TeraWulf said it has secured a 285-acre site in eastern Kentucky for the Muskie Data Campus, designed to support more than 1 gigawatt (GW) of AI and high-performance computing capacity. The company plans to deliver the first 500 MW in the second half of 2028, followed by another 500 MW in the second half of 2030. Shares rose 10.3% in the latest session and were trading at $25.18 at press time.
