Strategy's Bitcoin Stash Hits 818,300 BTC, Overtaking BlackRock

On-chain monitoring indicates Strategy has added about $7.2 billion in Bitcoin over the past eight weeks. Even as spot Bitcoin ETFs have bought roughly $380 million since March 1 and long-term holders have returned to net buying, Strategy remains the dominant incremental driver of demand. Strategy now holds 818,300 BTC, surpassing BlackRock's Bitcoin holdings. According to Hougan, the company funded its recent purchases by issuing perpetual preferred shares under the ticker STRC. Bitcoin is trading around $76,500.
