Michael Saylor’s company Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, acquired 1,229 BTC between December 22 and December 28, 2025 for about $108.8 million, lifting its holdings to roughly 672,497 BTC. The buy, funded through fresh share issuance, drew investor concern over dilution and came as both Bitcoin and Strategy’s stock finished 2025 near their lows.
