CLARITY Act may slip to late Feb/March as banking panel shifts to housing agenda

The crypto market structure bill known as the CLARITY Act could be pushed to late February or March as the Senate Banking Committee turns to President Donald Trump’s housing agenda. The White House’s David Sacks urged a compromise on stablecoin yield. Separately, Senate Agriculture Chair John Boozman said he will advance the bill on 27 January.
