Indiana Senate Panel Advances Crypto Retirement Access Bill on Feb. 12, 2026

On February 12, 2026, Indiana’s Senate Committee on Insurance and Financial Institutions voted 6–2 to advance a revised House Bill 1042 that enables crypto access in certain public retirement plans via self-directed brokerage windows.
