Super League Shareholders Approve Metaplanet 2,100 BTC and $2.5M Cash Investment

Super League shareholders approved proposals tied to Metaplanet's planned investment of 2,100 bitcoin and $2.5 million in cash. The Nasdaq-listed company will be renamed Superplanet and become Metaplanet's U.S. bitcoin treasury platform. The deal is expected to close in Q4.
