Titan's jewellery, watches, Eyecare businesses post strong Q2 growth; net profit more than doubles
Titan Company experienced significant growth in its various segments, particularly in jewellery and watches. The jewellery division generated Rs 17,495 crore in revenue, reflecting a 24% increase. Additionally, international jewellery revenue saw a substantial rise of 105%. Profit after tax also grew significantly, reaching Rs 1,722 crore, up 54% year-on-year. The board approved a plan to raise up to Rs 2,500 crore through debentures.
