Resolv Labs Burns and Blacklists 57% of USR Illegally Minted in Hack

March 26 (PANews) — Stablecoin project Resolv Labs said it has permanently removed about 46 million of the 80 million USR tokens illegally minted during the March 22 attack, equal to roughly 57% of the total. The company said around 9 million USR were burned in two transactions on March 22. Following a contract upgrade, roughly 36 million USR were converted into wstUSR and locked at a blacklisted address. Resolv Labs added that the remaining USR held in the attacker's address has since been destroyed. Resolv Labs said there are no longer any transferable or exchangeable illegally minted assets in addresses linked to the attacker.
