Solana outlines "Constellation" upgrade to reduce MEV and standardize ordering

Solana researchers have presented "Constellation," a protocol proposal that replaces single-leader block production with multiple concurrent proposers to curb MEV and reduce validator influence over transaction ordering. The design adds "attesters" to timestamp submissions and uses fixed economic ticks of around 50 milliseconds to set more predictable windows for transaction inclusion.
