Strategy said in an SEC Form 8-K dated March 30, 2026 that it made no bitcoin purchases and sold no shares during March 23, 2026 to March 29, 2026. The filing also lists holdings of about 762,099 BTC acquired for $57.69 billion at an average of approximately $75,694 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. Separately, Michael Saylor shared X posts highlighting STRC’s reported 11.5% dividend yield and about 2% 30-day volatility versus bitcoin at 50%.

American Bitcoin Corp. (Nasdaq: ABTC) said its corporate treasury exceeded 7,000 BTC on Sunday, after disclosing the milestone on Monday. With bitcoin near $67,500, the stash is valued around $473 million to $475 million, and the miner reported it has scaled to roughly 89,000 machines producing about 28.1 EH/s after buying 11,298 ASICs in early March 2026.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies said it added 71,179 ETH in the week ending March 29, worth over $140 million at roughly $2,005 per token. Over the same March 23–29 window, Strategy disclosed it made no Bitcoin purchases and did not issue shares via its at-the-market program. Both firms hold about 3.6%–3.9% of their network supply, but their treasury approaches and mNAV multiples differ.

On March 27, 2026, Kraken's tokenized equities platform xStocks and Fundrise said they will tokenize the newly launched Fundrise Innovation Fund (NYSE: VCX) into a single onchain asset, VCXx. The product is designed to give eligible investors outside the U.S. access to a portfolio that includes exposure to late-stage private companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic and Databricks. VCXx is set to list on xStocks in the coming days, with geo-restrictions and eligibility rules applying.
