Annovis Sets Pricing for $21.0 Million Public Offering

Annovis priced its public offering at $1.00 for each share of common stock sold together with an accompanying warrant. Each pre-funded warrant, also paired with an accompanying warrant, was priced at $0.9999. The offering is expected to raise approximately $21 million, according to Annovis.
