Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) released a whitelist of 29 licensed crypto platforms under Regulation No. 23/2025, clarifying who can operate legally. Global players are advancing: Robinhood struck deals earlier this month to acquire Buana Capital and PT Pedagang Aset Kripto, while OSL Group completed its Koinsayang acquisition in September. Indonesia counts more than 19 million capital‑market investors and about 17 million crypto traders.

Binance accused of allowing flagged accounts to move $1.7B after 2023 US plea deal
