Strive Raises $630M With 15% Preferred Stock Dividend, Adds 4,045 Bitcoin

Strive raised $630 million selling a preferred stock that pays a 15% annual dividend, an effective yield near 16.7%, with daily cash payouts set to start Nov. 9. The company bought 4,045 Bitcoin between Oct. 12 and Oct. 16, lifting its holdings to 36,818 BTC. Shares of ASST closed up more than 13% at $30.75 on Wednesday, a third straight green session.
